Who we are

Lionheart Designz LLC is a landscaping, hardscaping, decking and fencing company based in Longmont, Colorado, serving Boulder County and the Front Range. This policy covers this website, lionheartdesignz.com, and the enquiries we receive through it.

What we collect

Information you give us. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and the details of your project. Everything on the form is information you choose to type, and only your name, email address and project details are required. If you call or email us instead, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation.

Information collected automatically. Our host records standard server data for every visit: the IP address of the request, the pages requested, the time, the browser and device type and the page that referred you. This is ordinary web server logging and we do not use it to identify you.

We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card numbers, government identification numbers or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and arrange a free consultation or estimate.
• To follow up on a project we have discussed with you.
• To keep a record of the work we have quoted and completed.
• To keep this website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who handles information for us

A small number of services process information on our behalf so that this website works. Each is limited to what it needs for that purpose:

• Our form processor receives your form submission, records it and emails it to us. It also sends you an automatic confirmation that your message arrived.
• Google reCAPTCHA checks form submissions for automated abuse. Google receives information about your interaction with the page in order to do that, under Google's Privacy Policy.
• UserWay provides the accessibility toolbar available on every page.
• Google Maps provides the map embedded on our contact page. Loading that map involves a request to Google.
• Our website host and image delivery network serve the pages and photographs to your browser and keep the server logs described above.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and does not track you across other websites. The third-party services listed above may set cookies or use similar browser storage in order to function, most commonly the spam protection on our form and the accessibility toolbar. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may stop the contact form or the toolbar from working.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we reasonably need them: to reply to you, to quote the work and afterwards to keep a record of what was proposed and built. Where an enquiry did not lead to a project, we remove it once it is clear the conversation has ended. Server logs are kept only briefly by our host.

Your choices and your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email isaiah@lionheartdesignz.com and we will respond as quickly as we can. If you would rather not hear from us again, say so and we will close the enquiry.

If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access and correct it, to have it deleted, to obtain a portable copy and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data and profiling. We do not sell personal data, do not use it for targeted advertising and do not profile you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our response and we will reconsider it.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Enquiries reach us over an encrypted connection and are held in access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything sensitive through the form.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Significant changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
