This website is not a contract for work

Everything on this website, including service descriptions, project photographs and any figures or timescales mentioned, is published for information. It is not an offer, a quotation or a warranty.

Scope, materials, price, schedule and any warranty on the work are set out in the written proposal and agreement we prepare for your specific project, and that document governs the work rather than anything published here. An enquiry sent through this website does not create an agreement between us. Work begins only once we have both agreed the written proposal for it.

Accuracy of the information here

We keep this website as current and accurate as we can. Even so, descriptions, availability and prices change, and a page may contain an error or become out of date.

Photographs show work we have completed. They illustrate our standards rather than guaranteeing that your project will match them in materials, dimensions or finish. Where a page names a service area, that reflects where we generally work; whether we can take on a particular property depends on access, scope and schedule.

Your use of the website

You are welcome to read this website, print pages from it and contact us through it. You may not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose,
• try to reach any part of it that is not public,
